Richard Calow is a photographer and maker based in North Nottinghamshire. He makes photographs, zines, and small tools. This site is an index of that work — series, books, experiments, and scripts collected in one place.

This is a personal site and gallery, built and maintained by hand, inspired by the indie web and the personal websites of the early internet. It is built with a custom static site generator written in Python. It is subject to change — things get added, moved, and occasionally broken.

Richard doesn't use social media much — there is a largely defunct Instagram account — but you can reach him at rjcalowphotog[at]duck[dot]com.
